Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to return it.
Please note that the clothing must be unworn, have its original tags, and be in the same condition as when you received it.
1/ Complete the returns form
Download it from our website (link) or contact us and we'll email it to you. In the form, provide your return details, order number, and the name and size of the item being returned.
2/ Prepare the package
Securely package the returned product along with the completed returns form and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
3/ Send the parcel
Send the parcel to:
[Your store address] [Postal code, city]
Note: Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
4/ Wait for your refund
After receiving and inspecting your shipment, we will refund your money within 7 business days to the account number provided in the form.
